The ban on advertising pharmacies is incompatible with the fundamental freedoms of the European Union’s internal market – this is the European Commission’s opinion addressed to the Polish government. The Lewiatan Confederation filed a complaint with the European Commission claiming that the ban on advertising of pharmacies in Poland may restrict the freedoms of the internal market. If the Polish government does not rectify the infringement to which the Commission refers in its opinion, the case will be referred to the European Court of Justice. Will there be a return to the past and previous regulations?
