The main area of Marta Łanoch’s professional activity is legal services for companies from the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors – both on the Polish and foreign markets. She deals with legal issues related to the marketing of food supplements, food for special medical purposes, foodstuffs of various categories, medical devices, cosmetic products and medicinal products in EU countries, as well as the export and import of these goods. Marta Łanoch provides support to clients during the sanitary inspection. She also deals with the preparation, analysis and verification of contracts concluded in trade, based on the knowledge of the specificity of the industry and extensive experience. Marta Łanoch pays special attention to the issue of borderline products, marketing, labeling and advertising. She has extensive experience in representing clients in procedures before the European Commission and EFSA, including novel food procedures. She conducts numerous trainings for companies from the industry and is a speaker at national and international conferences in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors. Marta Łanoch successfully combines her extensive professional practice with scientific work, during which she prepares her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
